Capitol Financial Advisors was founded by Charles P. Brown. Charles graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Bates College in 1983 and received a Masters degree from The George Washington University in 1985. He worked in the U.S. House of Representatives and in the U.S. Senate from 1984-1987, and began working in the financial services industry in 1988.
