Description
Wyndham Cap Tremblant is an Intersite Real Estate Development Corporation project. It was founded in 1998 to conceive and build innovative and high quality real estate developments. After building high-end developments in Montreal, Intersite came to Mont-Tremblant where it started the construction of Wyndham Cap Tremblant resort in the autumn of 1999. Since then, close to 200 mountain homes have been sold. At completion, Wyndham Cap Tremblant will account for an investment of more than $175 million.
Intersite, with its Wyndham Cap Tremblant Mountain Resort project, has been awarded major prizes, including DOMUS Project of the Year 2001. This prestigious prize was given to the best project of the province by the APCHQ for its construction quality, beauty of the site and after-sales service.
Intersite is privately owned by Guymond Fortin, P. Eng., MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer and Louis-Philippe Dupuis, Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer.
