Callow first began serving the Mahoning Valley’s residents in 1951 by Carl L. Callow Sr. At that time, the company was small and water problems were minimal as homes in the area were relatively new which only left repairs on homes with construction errors. In 1978, Craig Callow joined his father in business and the office and shop were built on Olive St and business began to increase with the aging of homes. As time went on, more and more foundation problems began to surface.
