Karen Hintze is the Office Manager and has been with Custom Travel since it opened in 1987. Karen is a travel agent who has 20 years in the travel industry and still loves to experience and learn about popular destinations as well as discovering new ones. Karen's goal is to make sure that her staff provides you with the best in Customer Service. Sue Sarrafian is the Cruise Specialist at Custom Travel and has been employed with this office for 10 years. Sue has sailed on over 30 cruises and feels very strongly about promoting each individual cruise product. She has taken numerous classes and seminars which earned her the distinction of being a Master Cruise Counselor. Sue still looks forward to inspecting new cruise ships as they come out and is eager to pass this information along to her clients, who have been coming back for more and more cruises every year.
