Actually, there is no "About Us", only myself. (I put it here, just because that a lot of websites use it in that way, hehe)
As my friend, you should know something regarding myself: now I am working at a multinational telecom company as professional services director. (No, I am not that old as you image, I am 34 this year..., wait, my god, I am going to be 40 very soon, OK, maybe I am a little bit old....)
This picture was taken at 2001, when I attended the ICCM 2001, (Internaional Call Center Management Conference 2001 at Chicago). I met Mr. Brad Cleveland, the president of ICMI (incoming call management institute). His book "Call center management on fast forward" is a must-read book for call center management staff.
