Calendar Island Architects adheres to the tenet that buildings should respect their site, that the Architect should listen to the needs of the Owner as well as the constraints of the Budget, and the Architect be willing to work on a collaborative, or team basis with Owner/Architect and Contractor as principal team members.
Each project has its own unique set of requirements. These criteria are called a program, a document that has been fashioned to outline the clients desires and needs. The Architect should translate the Owner’s words into a fine, built reality. Dialogue between Owner and Architect are vital for the process to be successful.
William Pogar has experience, knowledge, and leadership ability to help clients attain these goals. His willingness to listen and his forthrightness to counsel Owner’s and Contractors throughout the design process is a valuable asset.
