California Capacitor's sales personnel have an unequaled wealth of capacitor knowledge and experience. The eight professional sales people have an average of fifteen years of electronic experience. Cal Cap does all its own cross referencing of competitor part numbers, interfaces with customer engineering departments to obtain product approval, and follows through with purchasing to secure the all important purchase order. California Capacitor is a full service provider to our customers, from the initial design to completed goods.
California Capacitor has a myriad of benefits and programs customers can utilize including, but not limited to, Local Inventory, Competitive Pricing, AVL Verification, Technical Support, and, Bar Coding, just to name a few. All these programs are supported and controlled by a state of the art IBM RS6000 UNIX computer system. The computer system assists in management of all aspects of the business including purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, value added, sales order processing, and general ledger. The computer system has EDI capability, fax memo, and dial-up interface ability with our manufacturers' computers from every Cal Cap terminal.
