- CadetCarePackages.Com was founded by Tom Clemmons, a 1986 Air Force Academy graduate. Tom enjoyed his years in the Air Force, saw the world, and even was awarded the Bronze Star for his service. After Tom got out of the Air Force to pursue graduate studies, he and his wife began serving college students wherever they lived. They have made thousands of care packages over the years!
