Cabot Dow Associates is an independently owned labor negotiations consulting firm, specializing in public sector and private sector collective bargaining and human resource management issues. The CDA focus is primarily on representing public sector employers in labor relations matters. CDA consulting also represents private sector employers. Cabot Dow established the consulting firm in 1975 and Howard Strickler and Richard Sokolowski were added in 1992.
