Who We Are Caring Partners of Morris/Sussex, Inc. is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO). It is part of a statewide effort to ensure that children with emotional and behavioral needs have access to the full array of resources available. In the past, children could only access services that were connected to the system- juvenile justice, child welfare, education, mental health- with which they were involved.
