CENTURY 21 Sea Coast had its start in 1985. Two agents and their receptionist left a large independent company and went off to seek their success by opening a tiny office in Encinitas, California. By 1987 the little company had begun to grow. The company had been founded on great customer service and repeat business, and these ideas were paying dividends. The founders could barely keep abreast of business growth. They needed help - a marketing plan for the homeowner and a name that was truly universal to attract buyers.
In May of 1987 the company turned to CENTURY 21 Corporation and its International preeminence as a business and marketing resource. That alliance has grown over the years, and the success of the company has been astounding. In 1998 CENTURY 21 Sea Coast was the 78th largest CENTURY 21 firm in the United States. In early 2000 the company added its 4th office in the North San Diego County where it is a market leader.
