Blair is a world renowned branding and scarification artist who has appeared in magazines. on television shows and in documentaries across the globe. He current owns and works out of Passage Tattoo and Piercing, a repected studio located in downtown Toronto. WIth over 10 years experience Blair has helped bring scarification to the mainstream offering custom branding and cutting to local mod enthusiasts and clients from around the world.
