Founded in 1966, Blue Valley Community Action (BVCA) Partnership serves families and communities in southeast Nebraska and north central Kansas. BVCA Partnership operates over 30 programs that interact and complement each other. Our programs are as diverse as the communities and families we serve. Some provide individuals with emergency assistance; others develop long-term, community-based strategies to prevent poverty.
