They have over 40 years of combined residential real estate experience, and have both been sales managers for traditional real estate companies. They have also both been on site agents for national Home Builders. Dan Kurka is the acting CEO and Broker for the corporation. Marilyn Kurka is Vice President of Operations. Prior to founding New Home Solutions Dan Kurka was the Regional sales manager for KB Homes in Austin, Texas. His knowledge and agent training helped KB Home become the 2nd largest builder in the Austin market. Mark Burton is also a Broker with our company and has over 20 years of experience as well. He has an extensive construction background and is key in helping us develop and sell commercial properties.
