The Internet website presence of ButterflyBytes.com (as shown) is currently being disputed by its sole and true owner of record, myself. The entities, Vdeck and immediately associated iPowerWeb, are in no way, shape, or form affiliated and/or now authorized to use this website for their own fiduciary purposes.
Private and public cease and desist requests regarding their unauthorized use of the same have been issued by myself representing myself as the sole owner of record in their database of former webhosting subscribers. To date, those cease and desist requests have gone woefully unheeded.
ButterflyBytes.com was originated in the immediate days surrounding Life-devastating circumstances. This website and *all* entities created relative to the same are considered to be the virtual Life-forwarding hopes to strive ever onwards.
Further illustrating my concerns and/or feelings regarding the same, ButterflyBytes.com is my hard fought for cyber baby and is to be seen as my sole, solitary personal brand, branding, virtual identity, cyber identity, et al(l).
With respect to the above described along with the now multiple cease and desist requests sent to the appropriate parties, *ANY* use of ButterflyBytes.com save for that of one individual's disability self-advocacy, web design efforts, and other personal activities represents conscious unauthorized public [misuse] of the same.
