I’ve been weight lifting for about 14 years now. I’m 32 years of age and started seriously training when I was 18 years old.
I actually started when I was 16 but I didn’t really start to take it seriously until I was 18 years of age.
My name is Blake Bissaillion and I am not a doctor of medicine, nutritionist or certified personal trainer. I have been weight lifting for the past 14 years and like you, I have an undying passion for getting stronger, healthier and more muscular.
