Description
Prior to 1980, sanctions imposed on the then Rhodesia caused many shortages. In 1969 the company R & M Pressing was formed with the objective of identifying, and substituting those previously imported products.
Today the company employs over 50 staff. We manufacture a range of agricultural tools, hand tools, builder's tools, scissors, etc. We enjoy a reputation for manufacturing quality products with a backup service that is both expected and supplied to our customers.
Our production technique includes forging and related issues, press work, state of the art heat treatment facilities to name a few. All of this is supported by a dedicated design and marketing team. All of the products manufactured by this company are designed where applicable in line with British standards and the Zimbabwe Standards Association, which employs international recognition, approves many of this company's products.
