About Bug-a-Pest
Bug-A-Pest is locally owned and operated by Kevin Williams in the Ohio Landen/Mason area. Kevin wanted to change the face of pest control, so he started his own pest control co. Working w/other companies in the early 90's, Kevin found out what customers like and dislike about the industry. The biggest response was customer service. The way we have been servicing our customers is keeping the same technician on the same job as much as possible. Our customers enjoy seeing/hearing from the same person to take care of their pest problems.
Kevin also wanted to train his technicians the same way he was trained, one on one. Kevin is pleased with Matthew Oehler's performance. Matthew has been working with Bug-A-Pest since Feb 2001. Trained by Kevin, Matthew has become a huge asset to the company. And from customer feedback, Matthew is always requested by their customers.
Kevin is always keeping up with all the latest advances/products available, so he can serve his customers with the best possible results. Bug-A-Pest started with a handful of customers and has now well over 500 strong. They may not be the biggest company in the area, but they will stay one of the best.
