For over half a century, Buckeye Marine has been synonymous with boating and fishing in Central Ontario, gaining a widespread reputation for representing top quality brands.
The Buckeye tradition started in 1949, by grandfather Tom Thompson. When Tom's son-in-law, Frank, got involved, he brought his mechanical expertise to the venture. As Tom's grandsons, Gary, David and Chris, joined the team, the business grew into a substantial sales and service facility. The business diversified in 1997 when David opened 'Buckeye Source for Sports' at the original location. With the 4th generation now actively involved in the business, the family tradition continues!
