- Patent practice is primarily in the fields of software, computer, electrical, business methods and mechanical areas.
Affiliations
- In 1981, received a call to Ontario Bar and in 1984 for British Columbia.
- On the subjects of copy-rights, he has been an adjunct professor of the Law Faculty of the University of British Columbia since 1986 also published numerous papers on intellectual property law and litigation.
- Remained a Chairman of the Computer Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association (B.C. Branch) and a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
