- Troy has been with Brown's for two years. His responsibilities include Kitchen Supervisor and working all the stations of the line (in photo above he is working sauté). When asked what was the most funny or frightful time in the kitchen he replied, "Most definitely the time my shirt caught on fire... I smelled something burning and Chef Tina began ripping off my shirt...not room enough behind the line to drop and roll." When not on fire in the kitchen Troy loves to spend time with his four children in the great outdoors. Some favorites include trips to the park and long walks with his two boys and two girls. Although hard pressed to answer, his favorite menu item in the Taproom is chicken parmesan and hands down, no contest, his favorite Brown's brew is Tomhannock Pilsner.
