Ray’s career spans over 40 years in the world-wide insurance industry, commencing in 1958 with the Lloyds of London broker, Willis Faber. After 23 years in Lloyds he (together with his family) immigrated to the USA to join Marsh and McLennan, and subsequently Johnson and Higgins, as Chairman of the Aviation and Aerospace Divisions of both companies until his retirement in 2000. Thereafter, he acted as a consultant to the Marsh Group until 2002.
Subsequently, he has acted as an independent consultant and most recently as an expert witness in the aftermath of 9/11.
The experience garnered during this career has led to an unparalleled knowledge, and the respect of the world-wide marketplace among clients, colleagues, underwriters and the legal profession.
