About RED Karate Chris with his two childrenChris Brooks (5th Dan) is the resident instructor for both Ridgeway/Charnock & Westfield. Chris has been non-stop training in Karate for over 20 years and is CRB checked, insured & a fully qualified SKU instructor. Not only does Chris teach Karate, but he still trains regularly twice a week & attends the monthly instructors courses run by the SKU. This keeps his martial-art skills, teaching skills & fitness level at their peak.
