The Brockville Library is partnering with the Brockville Climate Action Group to circulate energy usage meters. To borrow one of these devices please visit the Brockville Public Library. You must have a valid library card to borrow a meter. Meters may be borrowed for 10 days. To place a hold on the energy meter, type "Energy Meter" as the title in our catalogue.
