Britz British Shorthair Cattery - Specialising in Self Blue and Silver Tabby British Shorthair cats and kittens in Western Australia
Description
My name is Jeanette Philip and I am a registered breeder with The Cat Owner's Association of Western Australia. I live on 2½ acres of wooded land (see below) in the picturesque coastal town of Albany with my husband Murray. Murray (pictured above right) is a builder and has built our lovely catteries (pictured below) and turned our spare room into a nursery.
Murray's latest project was an outside enclosure at the front of our home for our indoor cats which has now been completed (pictured below) . It features a large fish pond and waterfall which the cats will be able to access via a cat flap. The water fall is built with lots of tunnels in it for the cats to explore and they will be able to climb all over the waterfall. They absolutely love it and it's also a great place for us to sit and enjoy our cats.
We breed Self Blue and Silver Tabby British Shorthairs. Our aim is to breed true to type and temperament. This year will see some new bloodlines from Europe and the UK expanding our gene pool. Our kittens are raised in the house with much love and attention. All our cats are tested for FeLV, FIV and PKD, and have all been blood-typed.
