Wright offers outstanding values on family apparel and footwear, accessories, home fashions, giftware, including toys and games, and special, opportunistic purchases. Prices at A.J. Wright are 20 - 70% below regular prices at national discount chains and budget department stores. At year-end 2005, A.J. Wright operated 152 stores. A.J. Wright stores average approximately 26,000 square feet. A.J. Wright expects to net 8 new stores in 2006. Longer-term, TJX believes that the U.S. could potentially support approximately 1,000 stores.
