Description
Branching Out began 11 years ago. It grew out of our love for the Northwoods and the desire for Sally to be a "stay at home" Mom. Blessed by the surroundings of nature, we felt compelled to share a bit of our beauty with others.
We reveled in the bountiful abundance of trees, shrubs, and prairie grasses growing on our farm. The large stands of birch, the tamarack trees, clusters of tag alder, and the lowlands filled with willow. All embraced by the green hues from the majestic pines, cedar, spruce and balsam fir trees.
Because of our respect for natural beauty and sustainable agriculture, we engage in the process of organic farming as well. With the help of Mother Nature, we have been able to offer organically grown vegetables along with the a colorful array of flowers and native grasses at the local farm market.
