About the Company
The company was set up by Jo Mackay and is family owned and run. Jo Mackay started her working life in the corporate world of sales. However in 1997, Jo and her family bought a holiday villa on the shores of Lake Maggiore and ever since then the love affair with Italy has blossomed. After climbing off the career ladder for a few years to spend time with her young children, Jo set up Bookings For You in 2010 to share her passion for Italy with others. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly. The business is now based in Haslemere in the UK.

Originally the company was focused solely on offering holiday villas and apartments on Lake Maggiore in the Italian Lakes as this is where Jo and her family purchased their first holiday property back in 1997. However, following demand from her clients, the company expanded to include accommodation options in Tuscany, Umbria, Central Florence and Rome, the Amalfi Coast, Sardinia, Sicily, Lazio and Abruzzo. The aim has remained the same though - to offer a wide range of holiday accommodation options to meet every taste, party size and budget. The company prides itself on it customer service levels and are keen to take the stress out of booking a holiday. They want to make sure that every client's holiday experience is a positive one And so, Bookings For You aim to give clients the best possible advice, ensuring a perfect holiday in this wonderful country.
