Bonnier AB comprises approximately 150 companies and units. The approach is characteristically decentralized with responsibilities, assignments and authority being delegated as close as possible to everyday business activities.
The Parent Company and Group Management are comprised of a limited number of people. It is faith in the individuals potential and ability, initiative and responsibility that characterizes the daily operations of the different companies. This is also where ideas and initiatives for the development and renewal of the companies originate.
