Bondware is the fourth technology start-up founded by Nashville-based entrepreneur, Tim Choate. The company was officially formed in 2001 as a spin-off from Brentwood based, Edgenet Inc. Mr. Choate joined Bondware full-time in 2003 and immediately began the process of re-engineering Bondware's core technology to a modern platform based upon open-source technologies.
