PT. Bondor Indonesia was established on December 14, 1999 as a Foreign Capital Investment (PMA) company. The company was established to continue the Bondor Insulated Panel business previously owned by the multi national Australian building products company James Hardie.
On February 29, 2000 Bondor Indonesia announced that it had finalised negotiations and assumed operational control of the Bondor Insulated Panel business in Indonesia. Bondor Indonesia continues the consistency of manufacturing quality products.
