In business for more than 100 years (since 1904), Bollibokka Land Company formerly owned real estate on the McCloud River, and operated the Bollibokka Club, a fly-fishing club. The Bollibokka Club continues its operations unchanged (under contract with the new owner), and the Bollibokka Land Company is in the process of building a portfolio of commercial real estate properties (see the adjacent photo of an acquisition of the Wells Fargo Bank building in Berkeley, CA).
