Certified Pilates Instructor and rehabilitation specialist Donna Rosen is the sole proprietor and instructor at Bolder Pilates, bringing to you her passion for, and knowledge of, this method of full body conditioning and wellness.
At Bolder Pilates, there are none of the distractions that often accompany working out at a gym or a large studio. The focus is 100% on you, and your workout program will be tailor-made to reflect your personal goals as well as your body's individual needs. And because Bolder Pilates is a home studio with a big yard in back, feel free to bring along your furry friend who's sure to get a good work out outside playing with Donna's best friend Mingus. Non-crawling babies are also welcome.
