Blue Mango Learning Systems is an e-Learning company focused on outcomes, not outputs. In 2003 we were contacted to take on what seemed like a monumental task with limited time and resources. As we searched for an e-learning development platform that would allow us to deliver the content we wanted in the time we had we couldn’t find it. You see, we believe that in order for e-learning to really work every step of the process has to be easy. The content has to be easy to create.
