In 1975, James Blome established Blome Cements Company. Mr. Blome, an aerospace engineer, working with high performance ceramics and specially performance cements, focused his efforts in the area of material development for corrosion resistance. In 2000 the company name was changed to Blome International reflecting its reach into worldwide markets.
