About Us
Andrew Hedley has worked in the local property market since 1974. His experience includes day to day management of commercial property portfolios including rent review and lease renewal matters. Andrew primarily deals with the firm's commercial agency matters in the retail, office, industrial and development sectors whether in 'on' or 'off' market situations. He also handles rent review and lease renewal work for specific clients including the firm's instructions from Local Authorities. If considering selling or letting a commercial property or development site Andrew will be happy to hold an informal discussion.
Alan Black's involvement in the local property market started back in the earlier 1970's and he often deals with property that he has either sold or let in the past. Alan deals with agency and rent review work for specific clients including owners of business parks and his involvement extends to North Yorkshire's' market towns including Thirsk, Ripon, Selby, Pocklington and Easingwold. The firm's involvement in the sale of racehorse training establishments is handled by Alan and over the years he has dealt with a good number of the region's major centres in Middleham and Malton.
Allen Rutter's experience once again extends back into the early 1970's and now he deals exclusively with the firm's involvement in the residential property sector. Allen's approach to home selling is based on personal involvement from initial marketing advice through to key handover. The firm has found that this approach is preferred by many and the firm strives to give the ultimate 'personal' service. Allen has the benefit of an experienced support team which includes David Sellers who deals with accompanied viewings where this service is required. It is not only Clients but also Buyers who point out on a regular basis how they have enjoyed our assistance in what is a major deal for anyone.
