- Halloween Productions, Inc/Dark Rider/ Blacklight Attractions, started off operating haunted houses in the Saint Louis area over 15 years ago. HPI created sets and scenery so realistic that word spread throughout the nation that our attractions where second to none. Somehwhere down the road a few people asked if our company would build their amusement facility an attraction. These requests seemed odd at first, but eventually we agreed to help a water park build some haunted houses.
