Biz Books opened in the fall of 1996. After 6 years of providing Vancouver with film, television and theatre resources at that location it was time for more space so in April of 2001 a new location was found and Biz Books moved to its current home at 302 West Cordova in the beautiful historic section of Vancouver known as Gastown. Long a hub for Vancouver’s creative communities, Gastown was the right place for this special bookstore.
