Can I make puppy treats with krusteaz wheat and honey pancake mix? There are lots of dog nutrition web sites with recipes for these using whole wheat flour, oats, peanut butter.etc. But can I use this ready made pancake mix safely? That’s not a dog ‘nutrition’ website. That’s cluelessness. Also – dairy products are not ‘toxic’ to dogs. That said, dairy isn’t a natural part of a dogs diet and some dogs can be lactose intolerant. Wheat itself is just as objectionable an ingredient.
