Cheryl Kostoris has 28 years of Hatha Yoga teaching experience. Cheryl was certified in the Bikram method in 1986. She has a Bachelor's degree in education and, throughout her career, has been active in teaching people of all ages. Cheryl especially enjoys teaching Bikram Yoga to teenagers and people with health challenges. She believes that everyone at his or her own challenge level can benefit from Bikram's Hatha Yoga System.
In addition to being the owner/director of the Bikram Yoga College of India in Boca Raton, Cheryl has taught in major U.S. and Canadian cities.
Bikram Yoga works for everybody, and because the system is so result producing, it attracts a high percentage of celebrity clientele. Cheryl has personally taught Candice Bergen, Juliet Prowse and Lainie Kazan.
