We invite you to join us at the Young Adults Conference on Star Island, a great relaxing way to start your summer in a beautiful place with some fabulous people�Ķ
If you've never been to Star Island before, you will find it a rustic and relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the mainland. No phones, no TVs, no cars, just the crisp clean ocean breeze and the sounds of seagulls and laughter across the lawn. The Oceanic Hotel on Star Island has been hosting Unitarian and non-denominational conferences for over 100 years. If you know Star Island but you've never been to the Young Adults Conference, you'll find us a diverse and rowdy group, mostly in our 20's and 30's. We gather on Star to relax and recharge, to reconnect with old friends (including the island itself) and make new friends as well. We have various workshops and activities planned throughout the day, but sleeping, reading and eating ice cream all day are also perfectly fine by us. We enjoy each other's company and we truly welcome yours.
