Use this tool to build QuickBooks IIF import files containing transactions like invoices and checks. Because it bases its IIF files on worksheets, it allows you to use Excel’s layout and formatting capabilities to create transactions and import them into QuickBooks.
The tool supports all transactions that are supported in the IIF file format, including bills, checks, invoices, deposits, credit card charges and payments, sales receipts, estimates, & many others. To use it, you lay out your data in simple row formats and then the tool will pick up your data and create IIF files from it.
Additionally, it will read financial institution bank & credit card downloaded files (CSV files) & help you import them into Excel for review and export to IIF.
