In the spring of 2009, the Beyster Institute restructured to become more integrated into the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego and to better execute its dual missions of promoting the practice of employee ownership and advancing entrepreneurship domestically and internationally. The Institute’s work is now carried out by two separate teams within the Rady School: the Beyster Institute and the Entrepreneur Development Program.
