Hello, my name is Andy Mendenhall M.D. I am board certified in Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine and diplomat eligible with the American Academy of Pain Management. I am very excited to join Beyond Addictions as Medical Director. A major clinical focus of mine has been treatment of opiate dependence in the setting of chronic intractable pain. I also have extensive experience with management of opiate hyperalgesia—the condition of pain amplification due to the use of chronic opioid therapy.
