Description
Build out the portal structure for the Better World portal project, working with Mark Grimes (who's building the portal as a "you make it" portal project)
Why?
Getting the structure up is a necessary component of the "You Make It" portals, eventually a lot of this will be automated, but for now, we need to help so we can learn.
