- I run a one-man gunsmithing shop and build custom handguns one at a time. On my 1911 Gunsmithing page I’ve listed most of the modifications that are made to the 1911 pistol along with the individual prices for those services. I've put together a few packages containing some of the most popular modifications and a replica of the Marine Corps MEU(SOC) 1911. I've designed these packages to include plenty of options to choose from rather than just a standard list of features. The packages also include a labor discount so they cost a little less than all of the work priced separately.
