The Hospital prides itself on the quality of its services and the way in which it treats its patients/clients/customers and its staff.
Benalla Hospital consistently rates highly in Victorian Public Hospital Patient Satisfaction Surveys conducted by the Department of Human Services. In 2001, Benalla Hospital was ranked highest in its group for patient satisfaction and highest in each of the six sub-categories of Access, Treatment, Complaints Management and Discharge/follow-up.
