The country of Belize is situated on the northeastern tip of Central America bordering the Caribbean Sea and Mexico. The country features more than 300 miles of Caribbean coastline and over 200 small islands (cayes), ranging in size from a few hundred feet to 25 miles long. Most of the cayes are located near the magnificent 200 mile Belize Reef, the world’s second longest.
