Beeets was created because it's a pain finding events you want, and even more of a pain finding ones close to you. The whole idea behind it is to give people a tool to create their own search experience and actually find something to do that they like. We are currently a two-man operation running a web development business out of Santa Cruz, California and using our revenue from client work to fund beeets and all the wonderful things it does.
