- Owners Lorraine DeLuca, MS and Dale Weber, MS both have Masters of Science degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. Each has earned GOLD Certification from the American Council on Exercise, distinguishing them as the first fitness leaders worldwide to be certified fitness professionals. Lorraine and Dale have STOTT Pilates Certification, the most rigorous and extensive certification of our time, as well as certifications in Postural Analysis and Special Populations. Since 1980, Lorraine and Dale have trained countless clients, presented at international fitness conventions and written columns for the local newspapers. Their specialized workouts have been featured in several publications, including Westchester magazine, American Baby and The Bridal Book.
